These terms govern use of the Brezya website at www.brezya.com and, where referenced at signup, the Brezya software services. They are a starting framework—have counsel review before enforcing in production.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the services, attempt unauthorized access, or use Brezya to violate applicable law (including consumer protection and marketing rules in the markets where you operate).
Subscriptions & fees
Paid plans are billed through secure payment providers. Renewals, cancellations, and invoices follow the plan you select in product checkout. Marketing pages do not activate subscriptions.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brezya is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or service. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations—those limits may not apply to you.
